This is a nostrify relay policy used in Ditto, based on the skeleton of Gleasonator-Policy

Primary focus is rejection of Spam, posts containing pornsite domains, Hashtags used for sharing porn, Pubkeys that post sexually explicit content.*

The policy impliments everything in one file, for ease of portability, as this is not published to jsr.io
